Family rafting

Nature, crystal clear water, white boulders, big waves, adrenaline? We must talk about the rafting on the Soča. The Emerald river has variable sections, which offer a great fun for all generations. We can choose calm stretches for family rafting (families with small children), and more demanding parts for adrenaline seekers.

FAMILY RAFTING

We have prepared this tour for families with small children, children groups or groups of seniors. Tour is suitable for all who would wish to enjoy an easy day on Soča river. A beautiful scenery will follow us all the way down to the finish location. During the way, we will spice up our day with exciting games and stops on the hidden beaches.

SEASON: every day between 15.3. and 31.10.
WHEN: every day in the morning and afternoon
MEETING PLACE: office Soča Splash on address Rupa 14a in center of Bovec
WHAT DO I NEED: swimwear and towel
INCLUDED: professionally guided tour, transportation Bovec – tour – Bovec, souvenir photos, use of professional equipment (wetsuit, neoprene boots, life jacket, helmet)
NOT INCLUDED: river permit for the Municipality of Kobarid and the Municipality of Bovec. You can purchase and activate river tickets on the website https://gosoca.si/portal
The river ticket for the Municipality of Bovec costs €6 per adult and €3 per child up to 15 years of age, including those who have reached the age of 15, from 1. 6. 2026 to 15. 9. 2026. Before and after this date, prices are 50% lower.
The river ticket for the municipality of Kobarid costs €15 per adult and €7.5 per child up to and including the age of 14, from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026. Before and after this date, prices are 50% lower.

PROGRAM:

We will meet in our office Soča Splash in the center of Bovec, where you will meet your guide and rafting team.
After the short briefing and collecting the whitewater equipment, we will drive to the starting point, on the shore of Soča river.

We will change to our wetsuits and leave dry clothes in the vans that will wait for us at the finish point. Before we start our journey down the Soča river, our guides will educate you about the safety on whitewater and rafting itself.

We will jump in the rafts, row our paddles in the crystal clear water and float down the rapids of Soča river. We will stop more times for jumping and swimming in the emerald pools and have a lot of fun on the waves.
Our vans will wait for us on the finish point, where we will change back to dry clothes and drive back to Bovec.
